TERMS
OF USE
This
is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you (the "user"
or "you") and Global Christian Network Limited, a company registered
in England under registration no. 4148819 ("CLICK2DATE", "we"
or "us"). This Agreement sets out the terms under which CLICK2DATE's
services (the "Services") are provided to you by us through the
CLICK2DATE website (the "Site").
It is vital that you take the time to read the Terms of
Use Agreement. Use of or access to the Site shall constitute acceptance
of and agreement to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement can and
may be changed without reason, without notice and without the user's consent
at any time. We will notify you of the fact that there are changed terms
on our home page (www.click2date.co.uk). It is the user's responsibility
to check the Terms of Use regularly.
REQUIRED MINIMUM AGE
This Site and its Services are for adults only. You must be 18 years of
age or over to use this Site. Any use of the Service by users below 18
years of age is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. CLICK2DATE cannot guarantee that
each user is at least the required minimum age, nor do CLICK2DATE accept
responsibility or liability for use or access of the Site by persons under
the age of 18 in violation of these Terms of Use.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
CLICK2DATE owns and retains the proprietary rights in the CLICK2DATE Site
and the CLICK2DATE Service. Except for that information which is in the
public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not
copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell
any such proprietary information.
CONTENT POSTED BY THE USER
By accessing CLICK2DATE, you agree that you will not:

material that is harmful, invasive of publicity or privacy rights,
threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene,
profane, hateful, offensive, illegal or otherwise objectionable or
that would constitute or encourage a criminal offence or otherwise
give rise to liability, or that discriminates on the basis of race,
gender, sexual orientation or ethnic origin. |

post or
transmit any information, software or other material which violates
or infringes in the rights of others, including material which is
an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by
copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works
with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the
owner or right holder; |
| d) |

post or
transmit pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind; |
| e) |
|
intentionally
or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or
international law, including but not limited to the regulations promulgated
by British law. |
| f) |
|
post or
transmit any information, software or other material which contains
a virus or other harmful component; |
| g) |
|
post, upload,
distribute or otherwise publish materials soliciting funds, promoting,
advertising or offering for sale any goods or services, including
soliciting other users for other commercial online services. |
| h) |
|
impersonate
any person or entity, including but not limited to, a CLICK2DATE employee
or volunteer, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation
with a person or entity. |
You may not post or transmit any telephone numbers, street
addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses within your profile
except where such information is specifically requested by CLICK2DATE.
MONITORING OF CONTENT
CLICK2DATE reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the content
posted in any area of the Site by its users. You understand and agree
that we may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in our
sole discretion breach the Terms of Use Agreement or any other CLICK2DATE
policy in effect at that time.
ALERTING CLICK2DATE
If you see anything on the CLICK2DATE Service/Site, which you feel is
in infringement of this Agreement, please contact us by emailing us email
at info@click2date.co.uk
ELECTRONIC MAIL
CLICK2DATE forwards electronic mail ("Email") anonymously between
users who have posted profiles that are publicly visible on the site.
If you have posted a personal profile on the Site, you agree: (a) to accept
such Email from other users; (b) to respond at your discretion. CLICK2DATE
reserves the right to send Email to users, regarding its products and
services. We will not send any user electronic mail if that user opts
out of the process via the Profile Manager (un-checking the relevant tick
box).
FEES
CLICK2DATE reserves the right to alter the amount or the basis of the
calculation of its fees from time to time.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management
COMPLAINTS
To resolve a complaint regarding the Service or the Site, you should contact
CLICK2DATE at info@click2date.co.uk
DISCLAIMER
CLICK2DATE is not liable to the users of its service or to its registered
users for the content, quality, performance or any other aspect of information
provided by its users and registered users and transmitted by this service,
or is it responsible for any errors in the transmission of said information.
Nor is CLICK2DATE responsible for any damages to a person, arising in
any manner out of the use of this service. The users and registered users
acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss
or damage arising from the use of this service.
INDEMNITY
The user and/or registered users shall indemnify and hold harmless CLICK2DATE,
its officers and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities,
losses, costs, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from
the user's use of or participation in this service or the information
contained therein.
IF THESE TERMS OF USE ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN FULL, YOU DO
NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE CLICK2DATE SITE AND THEREFORE SHOULD
CEASE USING THIS SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.
